Use our MTN Mobile Money Account Provided ( CHECK OUR BUY PAGE FOR THE ACCOUNT DETAILS ALWAYS ) when paying from your own phone (follow the instructions below) or when paying from an agent (provide our MTN money merchant details to the agent and always remember to take the transaction ID from the sender and sender's phone number if possible).

SUBSCRIBERS

Dial *170# on your MTN money phone
Select option 2 - MoMoPay & Pay Bill and press Send
Select option 1 - MoMoPay and press Send
Enter our Enter Our Merchant ID (Available when placing an order) and press send
Enter Amount payable and press send
Enter reference details (This can be your order ID, Name, Number or be left blank)
Confirm and verify name on account (make sure it is NICS or (NAWAF) and then press Send
Enter your MoMo PIN after you have cross checked and confirm the transaction by pressing Send
Check your SMS inbox for the confirmation message that contains the Transaction ID and proceed to placing your order using the transactionID from your service provider

FOR AGENTS

Dial *171# on your MTN Mobile money device
Select option 1 - Pay to and press Send
Select option 2 - Merchant and press Send
Enter our Merchant ID and press send
Enter Amount payable and press send
Enter reference details (This can be your order ID, Name, Number or be left blank)
Confirm and verify name on account (make sure it is NICS or (NAWAF) and then press Send
Enter your MoMo PIN after you have cross checked and confirm the transaction by pressing Send
Check your SMS inbox for the confirmation message that contains the Transaction ID and proceed to placing your order using the transactionID from your service provider

FOR MERCHANTS

Dial *171# on your MTN Mobile money device
Select option 1 - Transfer Money and press Send
Select option 1 - MoMoPay User and press Send
Enter our Merchant ID and press send
Enter Amount payable and press send
Enter reference details (This can be your order ID, Name, Number or be left blank)
Confirm and verify name on account (make sure it is NICS or (NAWAF) and then press Send
Enter your MoMo PIN after you have cross checked and confirm the transaction by pressing Send
Check your SMS inbox for the confirmation message that contains the Transaction ID and proceed to placing your order using the transactionID from your service provider
